What is a Micro-Plug?

Most appliances are manufactured to draw virtually the full amount of their respective current rating even if the load on a motor at a given time does not require it. However, arppliance motors don’t always need all that power, and may use on average an excess of 30%. The Micro Plug is a true Power Saver and the first type of Power Saver using "MOTOR CONTROLLER" technology called MPMT (Motor Power Management Technology). The new patented Micro-Processor will reduce electricity consumption of any appliance with an AC motor inside. 70% of the worlds electricity is consumed by motors and the majority of these motors are AC running appliances such as, air conditioning, fridge/freezers, pool pumps and washing machines to name a few. How does the Micro-Plug work?

Suitable for domestic and commercial use the Micro-Plug power saver is easy to install, no electrician is required, just plug and save. AC motors are commonly known to be highly inefficient and waste over 30% of the overall electricity consumption in the average home or business, this wasted electricity often converts into peaks and spikes and can cause the motor to produce more heat due to having more electricity delivered than is required which in turn will cause extra wear and tear and reduce the lifespan of the appliance. When installed the Micro-Plug will fine tune and optimize the current as well as deliver precisely the amount of electricity for the motor to run at peak efficiency.

The features of the Micro-Plug power saver include an automatic reset that will retune to any attached appliances if unplugged from a power source or the power outage is interrupted. This along with built in surge protection will guard against power overload and voltage dropouts.
